Ghosts progress on ‘Ugarte’ deal, close to talks with PSG

Manchester United are close to agreeing a deal with Paris Saint-Germain to sign Manuel Ugarte, according to reports. Ugarte

However, his role has diminished since the start of the season after failing to live up to Luis Enrique’s expectations. This
